Complaint: Jimmy John’s Employee Caught Trying to Take Oxycodone Pills on The Job
Man, 20, faces felony charge after his boss finds him about to use drugs in his car, according to criminal compliant.
A 20-year-old Jimmy John’s employee is facing charges after his manager caught him trying to take Oxycodone pills in his car, according to a criminal complaint.
Andrew J. Pham, of Waukesha, recently was charged in with one count of possession of narcotic drugs. If convicted, he faces up to 3 ½ years in prison and $10,000 in fines.

At 11:59 a.m. Dec. 16, the manager of Jimmy John’s located in the 1800 block of Meadow Lane saw Pham sitting in his car with a white plate with two Oxycodone pills sitting on top of it. When asked what he was doing, Pham told his boss he was about to ingest the pills.
The manager took Pham inside and called police. Pham admitted the pills were his and to having a Percocet addiction.

He will make his initial appearance in court April 30.
