On Feb. 10, Jett was given a new uniform, but demanded a size 3XL pants despite not needing them. A correctional officer told him to put on the uniform and they would make size adjustments if needed, but Jett still refused to put on the pants and threatened the guard.

The officer called for backup and staff was able to get Jett back into his cell.

The officer told investigators Jett has threatened him on multiple occasions in the past, saying he planned to kill him and smash out all of his car windows once released from jail because he knows all of the cars the officer drives. When asked by investigators why he would make such threats, Jett said “I don’t care about no law.”

Jett was assigned a $100 bond during his initial appearance Tuesday.
