Jail Inmate Charged With Sexual Assault
Female inmate says another inmate grabbed her crotch while she was trying to listen to music, according to criminal complaint.
A Waukesha County Jail inmate is facing charges alleging she sexually assaulted another inmate.
Danielle Y. Neal, 43, of Kenosha, was charged in Waukesha County Circuit Court Thursday with one count of fourth-degree sexual assault. If convicted, she faces up to nine months in prison and $10,000 in fines.

On Tuesday, the 24-year-old victim was sitting in a dayroom area of the jail and listening to music with an ear bud in her ear, when Neal came up, grabbed the ear bud and pressed her hand against the woman’s crotch.
She pushed away Neal’s hand and said “don’t,” to which Neal replied that she hadn’t done anything and walked away.

The victim said Neal had made comments in the past about being her girlfriend, but she took them as jokes, saying the incident crossed the line.
Neal gave conflicting statements, but denied the incident, telling investigators “I did not touch her va-jay-jay.”
Neal was assigned a $250 bond in the case. She was being held in jail for felony drunk driving charges.
