At 1:49 a.m. March 24, a female friend of Sengupta was pulled over by Waukesha police officers near West Sunset Drive and South Prairie Avenue. The woman had a blood alcohol level of 0.067 percent and the officer was concerned about her driving, so he had her call a friend to drive her home.
Sengupta arrived at the scene to pick the woman up; however, officers discovered he had three active arrest warrants pending against him. He was arrested and they found a Cyclobenzaprine Hydrochloride pill in his pocket.
