Gun Pulled During Parking Lot Altercation

The Waukesha Police Department took a man into custody Saturday morning after it was reported he nearly hit another vehicle with a car and pointed a gun at the vehicle.

A near collision in a parking lot in the 2400 block of North Grandview Boulevard ended with a man pulling a gun on the other vehicle, according to the Waukesha Police Department’s call log.

The suspect nearly hit a female driver after he backed up while she was pulling out of the parking lot at 9:33 a.m. Saturday. Her husband put his hand up, the call log states, and the offending driver got out of the vehicle, yelled at them, lifted up his shirt, grabbed a gun and pointed it at their window.

The woman and her husband immediately fled the area and drove to the Waukesha Police Department, 1901 Delafield St., to report the altercation.
