On Aug. 3, a resident at a group home in Waukesha told investigators he overdosed on his medication because Scott – who was an employee at the home – was trying to cover up stealing his medication by making it seem like he was ingesting too much. The victim also said Scott was using his Quest card for her personal use and he was fearful of getting kicked out of the home if he didn’t cooperate with her.

Police were able to obtain surveillance video of Scott using the victim’s card at Walmart. She first denied using the card, then said she used it with the victim’s consent and she planned to pay him back in cash later.
