At 3:02 a.m. June 6, Waukesha police officers were called to an apartment in the 1000 block of Delafield Street after someone reported a domestic disturbance in progress. However, when police arrived they found it quiet and the people living there said they hadn’t been fighting.

A woman in the apartment told police Trice probably called in the fight because he was upset she will not be in a relationship with him, so they were directed to his nearby apartment.

Trice denied making the 911 call, but when a police officer had dispatch call the number back, Trice’s cell phone began to ring. He was searched and officers also discovered an Oxycodone pill and Vicodin pill in his pocket.

Trice was then taken to the Waukesha Police Department, where a Breathalyzer test revealed he had a blood alcohol level of 0.10.

He’s currently free on $250 bond while awaiting trial.
