According to the criminal complaint filed against Ward and Gallion:

On Feb. 21, 2012,  Schulthess drove Ward to Milwaukee to purchase from Ward’s source, Gallion, who also goes as “Little C,” near North 35 Street and Park Hill. Schulthess then drove to a parking lot near 35th and Wisconsin Avenue where he shot up the drug and began to drive away, but soon passed out.

Ward tried to wake Schulthess up but was unsuccessful. He called a friend for Narcan, but the friend said they didn’t have any, so Ward pushed Schulthess out of the driver’s seat and drove him back to his residence in Waukesha, where police found him laying in a driveway outside of the car.

On Feb. 29, 2012, Ward agreed to do a controlled heroin purchase from Gallion in the parking lot of an Aldi food store near South 35th Street and Greenfield Avenue in Milwaukee. The deal was completed and Gallion was arrested shortly afterward.

Meanwhile, Waukesha resident Kevin Cobus, 27,  who was convicted of dealing drugs after two of his friends overdosed on heroin, was sentenced to 12 years in prison on Monday by Waukesha County Circuit Court Judge William Domina.
