Discfunktion Offering Award in Robbery

West Sunset Drive store was robbed Dec. 22.

, which was robbed Dec. 22, is offering a $1,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of the suspect in the robbery and another $1,000 award upon conviction, according to its Facebook page.

A detective with the Waukesha Police Department has confirmed with the owner that Discfunktion, 910 W. Sunset Drive, is offering the award.

Two suspects met the clerk in the parking lot as she was leaving the store and displayed a handgun. One of the suspects ordered her back into the store and had her empty cash from the register into a black bag. The other suspect remained in the parking lot. An undetermined amount of money was taken. No one was injured in the incident. The scene was processed for evidence.

Officers searched the surrounding area with the assistance of a Waukesha County Sheriff K-9 unit but did not locate the suspects.  Anyone with information in regards to this should call 262-524-3831.

Both suspects are male blacks and the one displaying the gun had a nylon stocking over his face. Both appeared to be 20-25 years of age.
