Court Dates Set for Mom Accused of Drug Dealing
Waukesha Police Department catches mom on camera using her toddler to deal drugs, according to criminal complaint.
A 25-year-old mother who is accused of using her toddler to help deal heroin and methadone has both a plea and sentencing hearing and a jury trial scheduled as she faces multiple felony charges.
Allison Kircher, 25, of Okauchee, was charged in October with two counts of delivery of narcotics, two counts of maintaining a drug trafficking place, one count of manufacture and delivery of heroin and one count of using a child to manufacture and deliver drugs. If convicted, she faces up to 61 years in prison and $170,000 in fines.
She’ll be in court May 24 for a plea/sentencing hearing but if that doesn’t go forward, a trial is scheduled for July 24 in Waukesha County Circuit Court.

Kircher is accused of having working with the Waukesha Police Department, according to a criminal complaint.

Meanwhile, Kircher also faces five counts of identity theft after she was accused of stealing a woman’s check card at the Waukesha County Jail and making more than $800 in purchases at area stores with the card.
