Waukesha County Man Arrested After Sexual Video Chats With Girl, 14, Police Say
A 51-year-old Oconomowoc man had the girl perform lewd acts while he watched on via video chat, according to a criminal complaint.

A 51-year-old Waukesha County man is facing charges after he held video chats with a 14-year-old Mequon girl, asking her to do sexual acts to herself while he watched, according to a criminal complaint.
James G. Orcholski, of Oconomowoc, was charged in Ozaukee County Circuit Court Friday with one count of causing a child to listen or view sexual activity. If convicted, he faces up to six years in prison and $10,000 in fines.

In June 2011, the girl began chatting with Orcholski in the Wisconsin chat room of Yahoo!. The girl told Orcholski she was in eighth grade and 14, but he continued to talk, eventually exchanging phone numbers with the girl, according to the complaint. She told police she would vent to Orcholski about her mom, but he was saying mean things, so she would stop talking with him.
The chats began normally, but over time, the girl said they would also video chat and the conversations turned more sexual in nature, the complaint states, when Orcholski asked the girl to touch herself sexually while he watched.

The girl told police she pretended to do the act while under a blanket and Orcholski said he was masturbating, although she never saw him below the waist, according to the complaint
He asked the girl to meet up, but the girl told police she would make up excuses to not do so, according to the complaint.
In July 2011, the girl’s mother was going through her cell phone when Orcholski called and she said her daughter was only 14 and to not call again. She then looked through text messages on the phone and found sexual ones from him, so she contacted police, the complaint states
Orcholski admitted to police he chatted with the girl and did ask her to perform a sexual act, but she said no and he didn’t press the issue. He also said the girl showed him her breasts but couldn’t remember if he asked or if she did so on her own, according to the complaint.
He also claimed he thought the girl was 18 and only found out her true age when he talked with her mom, but the girl told police she told him several times she was only 14, according to the complaint.
He will make his initial appearance in court Nov. 6.
