A former UW-Waukesha student will spend the next four years in prison for sexually assaulting a young boy and girl on multiple occasions.

20, was sentenced in Waukesha County Circuit Court by Judge William Domina Monday to four years in prison and 16 years extended supervision on one charge of first-degree sexual assault of a child less than 13 years old.

Waite had originally been charged with four additional counts, but they were dismissed and read in as part of a plea deal with prosecutors.

Waite was charged in May 2011 for inappropriately touching a 5-year-old girl and 10-year-old boy on multiple occasions and also making the boy look at pictures of half-naked women. A 4-year-old girl also came forward during the investigation and said Waite touched her as well while babysitting her.

Waite admitted to the sexual assaults when asked by police and he also told them he has a "touching problem." He also told investigators he had been investigated by police officers while in high school for being involved with incidents with touching students there.
