Bar Bathroom Sex Leads to Felony Drug Charge

Milwaukee man is caught with marijuana after he's busted having sex with a woman in the women's bathroom at Salty Toad, according to a criminal complaint.

A 31-year-old Milwaukee man is facing felony charges after alleging he was caught with drugs after he was performing sex acts with a woman in the bathroom of a Waukesha bar.

Johnny G. Patterson was charged in Waukesha County Circuit Court on Monday with one count of second offense possession of THC, the active ingredient in marijuana. If convicted, he faces up to 3 ½ years in prison and $10,000 in fines.

On Sept. 22, a woman went into the women’s bathroom at Salty Toad and found Patterson with the woman. The two were asked to leave the bar.

While leaving the bar, Patterson and the woman caused disturbance and called people names. Waukesha police were called and when they arrived, Patterson and the woman were screaming at each other in the street while a crowd gathered.

Patterson was placed under arrest and officers found a marijuana cigarette on him.

He’s currently free on a $1,500 signature bond.
