Bar Bathroom Sex Leads to Felony Drug Charge

Milwaukee man is caught with marijuana after he's busted having sex with a woman in the women's bathroom at Salty Toad, according to a criminal complaint.

A 31-year-old Milwaukee man is facing felony charges after alleging he was caught with drugs after he was performing sex acts with a woman in the bathroom of a Waukesha bar.

Johnny G. Patterson was charged in Waukesha County Circuit Court on Monday with one count of second offense possession of THC, the active ingredient in marijuana. If convicted, he faces up to 3 ½ years in prison and $10,000 in fines.

According to the criminal complaint:

On Sept. 22, a woman went into the women’s bathroom at Salty Toad and found Patterson with the woman. The two were asked to leave the bar.

While leaving the bar, Patterson and the woman caused disturbance and called people names. Waukesha police were called and when they arrived, Patterson and the woman were screaming at each other in the street while a crowd gathered.

Patterson was placed under arrest and officers found a marijuana cigarette on him.

He’s currently free on a $1,500 signature bond.

Glad to see our police officers are working so hard to keep us safe by seizing that guys joint and locking him away in the dungeon for several years to make sure he doesn't go buy another one! Now let's go invade some more countries to make them as free as we are...

I don't think the guy with the couch had a furniture fetish. Perhaps he couldn't find a knothole in the fence like in the old days before Century and all these impenetrable new fangled fences. Maybe this comment is too offensive for this site??

I wish Johnny would lighten up and enjoy life like I do.
