Police say disturbance started over accusations of a stolen, electrical bike.

Two people were arrested for fighting outside the Waukesha Salvation Army around 7:30 p.m. Monday, Sgt. Habanek said.

The men were in a dispute about an alleged theft of an electrical bike. One of the men went inside the Salvation Army after being confronted by the other man and asked staff to call police about the issue. The man returned outside where the other man accused him of being a narc, Habanek said.
