“With the potential for lake views and great access, this would be a perfect site for a multi-use project with some living units and first floor retail spaces”, Riordan said. “If a business wanted to be in the heart of Pewaukee, this site should be on the top of their list, and if a developer is looking to do a mixed-use project, I don’t know of a better site in this area.”
