$500K Bail Set in Pewaukee Attempted Homicide Case

Drew E. Bucholtz, 23, is accused of stabbing his girlfriend in the Milwaukee Marriott West Hotel parking lot in Pewaukee.

A 23-year-old Pewaukee man facing an attempted homicide charge had bail set Tuesday at $500,000.

Drew E. Bucholtz, of Pewaukee, is charged with attempted homicide, intimidation of a victim and theft. If convicted, he faces nearly 68 years in prison.

Bucholtz is suspected of stabbing his ex-girlfriend in the neck in the Milwaukee Marriott West Hotel’s parking lot. He was arrested days later in Milwaukee after he stabbed himself in a bathroom on North Frederick Street.
