aukesha wirelss and cricket.com

I purchase a broadband usb device through waukesha wireless about 4 yrs ago and when I asked to reinstall the device, they said no problem, reactivated it for $50 . I went home and couldnt connect. I called for a refund and fhey told me to call 1 800 cricket.com and it was all automated...no live agents but they did tell me to make another payment for the actual monthly billing. I paid it only to find out that I still could not connect to the internet because my device was out of date. I called a different number for a refund and was told they dont refund even after talking to the supervisor and billing at cricket. No credits or upgrades were given so now I'm out of $100 + and I dont want anyone else to go through the same fate as me. Please tell eveyone you know not to go through either of these services. Customer service is VERY poor and so are the services they provide.
