Obituary: Terrence “Terry” L. Kirsop

Terrence “Terry” L. Kirsop, of Delafield, passed away on Tuesday, October 8, 2013 at AngelsGrace Hospice at the age of 72 years.

Terry was born on November 2, 1940 in Milwaukee, WI the son of Raymond and Vera (Staal) Kirsop.   He was a member of Galilee Lutheran Church, Pewaukee, a member of the American Legion Post #71 of Pewaukee, a member of the Pewaukee Historical Society, member of the Kiwanis Club – Pewaukee, the Pewaukee Yacht Club and a former board member and volunteer of the Interfaith Caregiving Network.  Terry retired from Digital Equipment Corporation after many years.  In his retirement, he enjoyed working at Corey Oil Ltd. in North Lake, WI. 

Terry will be deeply missed by his wife, Barbara; his children, Kimberly (Todd) Haines and James Kirsop; his granddaughters, Catherine (fiancé Ben) and Olivia; further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.  He is preceded by his parents, brother Richard and twin brother Tom. 

The visitation for Terry will be held on Friday, November 29, 2013 from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the noon service at Galilee Lutheran Church, N24 W26430 Crestview Dr.   Pewaukee, WI 53072.  The Rev. Jay Ford will officiate.   In lieu of flowers, memorials are appreciated to the church (see address above) or AngelsGrace Hospice, W359 N7430 Brown St.  Oconomowoc, WI   53066.
