Obituary: Nicholas Inzeo

Nicholas Inzeo, of Waukesha passed away Wednesday, June 26, 2013 at Waukesha Memorial Hospital at the age of 80 years.

He was born on October 28, 1932, in Waukesha, WI, the son of Michael J. and Laura V. (nee Rossman) Inzeo. Nick was a 1951 graduate of Waukesha High School. He married the love of his life, Nancy D. Gastrow on March 16, 1957. 

He was a proud U.S. Air Force Veteran, serving during the Korean Conflict from 1951 until 1955. Nick was employed at WI Centrifugal and retired after 28 years, where he was in charge of the inventory for the tool crib. He was a long time member of Ascension Lutheran Church, and was a past member of the Waukesha Eagles Club. He was also an avid bowler. Nick enjoyed watching and supporting his children and grandchildren in their sports activities, but most of all he loved spending time with his family.

Nick will be deeply missed by his wife, Nancy, of 56 years; children, Jill (Randy) Fournier of Eagle, WI, Pamela (Dan Brotherton) Inzeo of Pewaukee, WI and Scott (Susan) Inzeo of Westfield, WI; grandchildren, Lindsay Fournier, Amanda Fournier, Lauren Masiakowski, Scotty (Paula) Inzeo and Sarah (Cory) Hagedorn. He is further survived by his brother, Robert Inzeo of Glendale, WI; sister-in-law, Dori Inzeo of Waukesha, WI; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Nick is preceded in death by his parents and brother, Michael Inzeo.

The visitation for Nick will be held from 3 p.m. until the 5 p.m. funeral service on Monday, July 1, 2013 at Ascension Lutheran Church, 1415 Dopp St. Waukesha, WI 53188. The Rev. Chris Marien will be officiating.

In lieu of flowers, memorials in honor of Nick may be given to Ascension Lutheran Church (please see address above).
