Obituary: Marge Eichholz

Marge Eichholz of Tuscon AZ, formerly of Waukesha, WI left us to be with God on Tuesday, March 19, 2013 at the age of 93 years. 

She was born in Dijon, France on July 29, 1919 the daughter of Frederick and Marie (nee Guenon) Christnacht. Marge married Ralph J. Eichholz on April 11, 1942 in Milwaukee, WI. Marge retired from Dresser (formerly Waukesha Motor Co.) after 30 years. All the relatives, friends and co-workers lover her “special” cheese torte. Auntie Marge shared her love with the family and friends and could never say “no”.

She is survived by her daughters, Darlene  Poppie of Waukesha and Marilyn (Gene) Berry of Tucson, AZ; grandchildren, Kevin (Tammy) Poppie of Colgate, Michelle Borgwordt of New Berlin, Todd (Anna Elizando) Craig of Tucson, AZ and Kimberly (Jon) Keeter of  Tucson, AZ; 9 great-grandchildren. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.  She is preceded in death by her husband, Ralph, son-in-law, Paul Poppie; two brothers, Jim and Ted Christnacht.

A special Thank You, to Della and Cynthia at LOVECARE and the staff of Odyssey Hospice in Arizona who made her last days peaceful.

The visitation for Marge will be held from 9:30 a.m. until the time of the 10:30 a.m. Memorial Mass on Monday, September, 16, 2013 at St. William Catholic Church 440 N. Moreland Blvd., Waukesha.  The interment will take place immediately following  at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery in Waukesha.
