Jack Carl Frank, Jr., of Jefferson, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, January 22, 2013, at the age of 61 years.
He was born on March 15, 1951, in Waukesha, WI, the son of the late Jack C., Sr. and Joyce M. (nee Susek) Frank. Jack was a 1969 South High School graduate. He was a proud U.S. Army Reservist. Jack worked at Cooper Power in Waukesha, for many years. He enjoyed boating, water skiing, hunting, and was an avid Packer fan.
Jack will be sadly missed by his mother, Joyce; siblings, Jeff (Fiancé, Becky Pollich) Frank, and Jill (Ted) Derynda; nieces, Jennifer Frank, Janelle (Fiancé, Matt) Frank, Jacquelyn (Fiancé, Kevin) Frank, Amanda Derynda, Alyssa (Fiancé, Travis) Derynda and Samantha Derynda; great-nephews, Damien and J.J.; great-niece, Alani; and aunts, Anna Frank, Joanne Leitinger and Marian (Bill) Smart. He is further survived by cousins, other relatives and friends. Jack is preceded in death by his father, Jack, Sr. and maternal grandparents, Charles and Mary Susek.

A private funeral service will be held Saturday, Jan. 26, 2013 with a private burial at Prairie Home Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorials in Jack’s name appreciated to Alden Estates of Jefferson, 1130 Collins Rd., Jefferson, WI 53549.
