Obituary: Elizabeth P. “Lee” Emmerich

Waukesha woman, 93, worked at Husco for more than 20 years.

Elizabeth P. “Lee” Emmerich, of Waukesha, died on Tuesday, April 10, 2012, at the Virginia Health and Rehabilitation Center at the age of 93.

She was born in Waukesha on Oct. 15, 1918, the daughter of Rudolph and Walburga (nee Schlosser) Pischinger.  She worked as an assembler at Husco in Waukesha for more than 20 years.

She will be sadly missed by her daughter Helen J. Martin of Waukesha, her three grandsons: Patrick Albert  (Twyla) Martin of Andover, MN, Jonathan Matthew (Melissa) Martin of Waterford and Andrew Kevin (Melody) Martin of Mukwonago, and six great-grandchildren, Jacob, Abigail, Kathryn, Marvin, Amber and Kiersten Martin.  She is further survived by her sisters Isabel Uihlein of New Berlin and Walburga “Babe” Zmuda of Olympia, WA along with nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.  She was preceded in death by her husband Albert, her son James, infant son Albert, her sister Anna Frischmann and her brother Rudolph Pischinger.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 14, from 10 a.m. until the 11 a.m. funeral Mass all at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, 225 S. Hartwell Ave. Waukesha. Burial will immediately follow at St. Joseph Cemetery.  Memorials are appreciated to Catholic Memorial High School, 601 E. College Avenue, Waukesha, WI 53186.
