Obituary: Angelita Cruz Passes Away on 50th Birthday

Angie was a graduate of Waukesha South High School and had been employed at Waukesha Memorial Hospital as a certified nursing assistant. She was a member of First Assembly of God in Waukesha.

Lifelong Waukesha resident Angelita Cruz died Tuesday, on her 50th birthday, at AngelsGrace Hospice.

She was born Oct. 2, 1962, to Pablo and Susie (nee: Garcia) Cruz.  Angie was a graduate of Waukesha South High School and had been employed at Waukesha Memorial Hospital as a certified nursing assistant.  She was a member of First Assembly of God in Waukesha.

She will be sadly missed by her loving parents Pablo Cruz, Sr. and Susie Cruz both of Waukesha.  Beloved mother of Mario Madrid, Jr., and twins Jesus Victor Medrano and Jessica Anita Medrano all of Waukesha.  Dear grandmother of Victor William Medrano of Waukesha.  She is further survived by her brother Pablo (Selina) Cruz, Jr. of San Antonio, TX, sister Anita (Armando) Martinez of Waukesha, niece Monica Martinez, nephew Armando Martinez, Jr., great-niece Yvette Martinez, many aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends.  She is preceded in death by her grandmother Hilaria Garcia.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, Oct. 7, from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. at Randle-Dable-Brisk Funeral Home, 1110 S. Grand Ave., Waukesha. Visitation continues on Monday, Oct. 8, from 9 a.m. until the 10 a.m. funeral service at First Assembly of God, 1314 S. Grand Ave. Waukesha. The Rev. Todd Pope presiding.  Graveside services will follow at Prairie Home Cemetery.
