Milwaukee art teachers exhibit at Carroll University

The annual Milwaukee Art Teachers Exhibition of Drawings, Prints and Photographs returns to Carroll University Jan. 11-Feb. 8, 2014, in the Paddock Bliss Gallery of Main Hall, 120 N. East Ave., Waukesha. A reception will be Saturday, Jan. 25, from 6-8 p.m.

The juror for this year’s show is Kristin Gjerdset, associate professor of art at Wisconsin Lutheran College. Last year, Carroll’s own Philip Krejcarek, professor of art and chair of the Department of Visual and Performing Arts, won Best of Show.

“We are grateful to the Visual Arts Department for their hospitality each year and to Carroll University for hosting our organization of art educators,” said Peggy Yotti Lynch, co-president of Milwaukee Area Teachers of Art.
