Carroll University offers new minor

Carroll University offers new minor in Medieval and Renaissance Studies starting fall 2013.

Those interested in stories about castles and knights, or studying the history of the Catholic Church or the development of democratic institutions such as Parliament can learn more through Carroll University’s new Medieval and Renaissance Studies minor.

The program, starting in fall 2013, is an interdisciplinary minor incorporating various areas of scholarship within the humanities, an approach that allows students to develop a comprehensive understanding of Medieval and Renaissance Europe.

Courses within the minor include medieval literature, history, philosophy and religious studies.
