Carroll University launches Executive in Residence Program

It’s not what you know, but who you know. The old adage on the importance of networking for professional success still holds true. To help students build relationships with leaders from local and global businesses, Carroll University has launched an Executive in Residence Program.

Executives in Residence are experts in finance, operations, management, health care and other fields who will participate in campus life and offer mentoring, lecturing and coaching sessions to enhance students’ academic growth and vocational success. Presentations are open to the community, providing rich opportunities for interactions with senior business leaders.

James M. Schneider, a 1974 Carroll alumnus, a member of the university’s Board of Trustees, and executive chairman of Horizon Bank in Texas, leads the program.
