Carroll University Announces Keynote Speaker for 2014 Commencement Ceremony

Waukesha—(April 24, 2014)—Carroll University announced the keynote speaker for its Commencement Ceremony that will take place Sunday, May 11. The Reverend Dr. Deborah Block is a 1974 Carroll graduate who is an ordained minister. She now serves as the pastor and head of staff at Immanuel Presbyterian Church in Milwaukee, WI.

“Dr. Block is both an excellent choice and timely to speak at this year’s commencement. Our university’s theme for the 2013-2014 academic year is humanity and she demonstrates that in her everyday life,” said Doug Hastad, president of Carroll University.
