W-O-W Workforce Development Board Hosts First My Life! My Plan! Event in Waukesha County
Workforce Development Center helps local high school students explore career pathways
In partnership with the Greater Milwaukee Committee, the Waukesha-Ozaukee-Washington Workforce Development Board hosted the first My Life! My Plan! event in Waukesha County for approximately 30 students from the Elmbrook and Sussex Hamilton School Districts on Friday, Nov. 16.
My Life! My Plan! was developed by the Greater Milwaukee Committee to connect business community volunteers with students to help them assess their interests and skills, learn about the job opportunities that will be available to them, and help them prepare for a career pathway.
