A nighttime 5k through beautiful Frame Park finishing down Main St. of Friday Night Live concert series!
Music meets lights meets an epic 5k!
Friday Night Live Lights Run in partnership with the Waukesha Downtown Business Association is a premier 5k taking place in a closed course through historic downtown Waukesha and through the beautiful Frame Park! Runners and walkers will take off on Main St at dark with a live band sending you out and personal glow devices helping to light the way! After a glorious run through Frame Park the course will finish down Main St through the heart of Friday Night Live! You'll be greeted by 9 different stages and thousands of patrons cheering you on; all under the dark of night, illuminated by thousands of personal glow devices and the lights of downtown Waukesha.
Even better; the run will be kicked off by a FREE 1 mile Kid's Run, presented by the City of Waukesha Parks & Rec & Forestry Department! Kids will receive a free training program and healthy living tips, will pledge to run 2 miles leading up to the 1 mile run, receive a free t-shirt the day of the run, and have an excellent opportunity to have fun with fitness!
