Are you like me? Do you have tons of things that still need to be done before Christmas gets here? I know my list is a mile long and I still have gifts that haven’t been wrapped yet myself.No worries, we have a solution for this problem, you can get your last minute shopping done in Downtown Oconomowoc! Oconomowoc’s Avenue Square mall is hosting a Last-Minute Shopping Experience on Saturday December 21st. Did I mention that the jolly man himself, Santa will be there as well? Yup, make sure those good little boys and girls see the big man, from 12:00 pm until 3:00 pm. Crosspoint Community Church will offer free gift wrapping from 11:00 am until 3:00 pm.

Grand Opening of the Oakwood Park Ice Skating Rink-
Have you heard? There is a new park in Delafield! There will be an ice skating rink open this December for free usage! All you need to do is bring your gear and you are good to go! There will be hockey goals, and benches available. The ribbon cutting ceremoney will be at 10:00 am and you will be treated to a figure skating demonstration and a synchronized team with hockey demonstrations as well! The real treat is that Olympic Gold Medalist Speed Skater Bonnie Blair will be there as well! Milwaukee Street Traders is providing hot cocoa for everyone! So help officially open the ice skating rink! Don’t forget to bring your skates!
Sled Dog Rides- Milwaukee-
Head on down to the Milwaukee Lakefront and join in some fun of riding a dog sled! Door County Sled Dogs will use a team of 12 rescue dogs! You will get to meet the dogs pulling your sled, ask questions with the mushers and take some once in a lifetime pictures with the sled dogs. Rides are only $15!

SNOW DAY!-(Teens) Oconomowoc-
Teens in 7th though 12th grade are invited to wear their pajamas, build forts and pretend to be little again. There will be snowballs (marshmallows), cookies, hot cocoa, and a holiday movie as well!
