We need interested people willing to commit to an ongoing volunteer position (6-8 weeks). Interested volunteers will be provided training. Must be at least 13 years old. Must be able to walk for 45 minute sessions and not be afraid of horses. Horse experience preferred but not required.

Exercise While You Volunteer!, Waukesha

Do you like to walk outside and keep in shape? We are looking for a few volunteers to walk with residents on a daily basis. If you aren't able to volunteer everyday, one day would be great too! This way our residents get to know even more wonderful people who like to volunteer their time!

Volunteers will help people learn English, assisting with reading, writing and speaking skills. You do not need to be fluent in another language to volunteer. We want volunteers to be reliable, be comfortable working independently and be comfortable developing lesson plans. Volunteers can have a variety of backgrounds.
