Charlie in Charge and Lucky in Love: 2 of the Awesome '4 Paws' to Adopt from HAWS!

Just look at those "HAWS"-some faces!

If you are looking for the 'perfect pit'...Charlie is it.  
He is 7 years old and a definite family dog.  But, please read up on the Pit Bull breed and remember lots of people don't get that Pits can be sweet and calm....(that's definitely Charlie!)  Charlie is good with cats and other dogs and kids are fine, but not if they are too small (he is strong and can knock the little ones over).  He is super-sweet and loving.

Lucky feels just that to be at HAWS because we understand just what kind of home he needs.
This 7-year-old Pit Bull/American Bulldog mix is strong and goofy and wiggly and waggly - maybe too much for his own good!  (Obedience training would help keep Lucky's doggie enthusiasm under control.)  Lucky isn't too fond of other dogs (it's probably that goofy stuff) and cats.  Older kids are OK (that goofy/strong thing again). 

If you are looking for a big silly guy to have fun with, then stop on over to HAWS and meet Charlie OR Lucky...they are the best!!
