WIYFL Warriors Breast Cancer Awareness Team Challenge

The Waukesha Warriors Youth Football Program is starting its Fifth Annual Warriors Team Challenge to raise awareness for Breast Cancer Research. The Warriors teams will be collecting donations for the American Cancer Society and Waukesha Memorial Breast Cancer Center during October. Each year, since starting in 2009, the Warriors have exceeded the previous years record of donations. Last season led by the Warriors Red Team ($1434.32), the program collected a total of $4265.05.
The community can help by donating through the players door to door collections, stop by a game and make a donation and enjoy the fun, or donation by checks made payable to the American Cancer Society or Waukesha Memorial Breast Cancer Center. Checks can be mailed to: WIYFL Warriors 1115 N Bel Ayr Dr Waukesha, WI  53188. To help a specific Warriors team in their team challenge, identify the team on the check memo area, otherwise the donation will be split equally between each Warriors team for the team challenge.
Teams will be holding fund raising activities during the games at William Oliver Youth Sports Complex (3041 Summit Ave. Waukesha, WI  53188) on these dates and times:10/5  10:30a & 12:00p10/12 10:30a10/19  10:30a & 12:00p (final games of the season)
Come and enjoy some good football and visit the concession stand for hot food and drink, then drop your change in the "Pink Can"! Visit our website (www.wiyflwarriors.org) for further Warriors information and to track the status of the team challenge.
