UEDA 12TH ANNUAL COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT SUMMIT

On Thursday, October 31, 2013 the Urban Economic
Development Association of Wisconsin (UEDA), in partnership with the
City of Milwaukee, will host its 12th annual Community Development
Summit “Show Me the Money: A Pathway to Accessing Business Capital.”
The event will be held at the Italian Conference Center, located at
631 E. Chicago Street in Milwaukee from 8 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

The summit will engage a broad range of attendees from private
industry, government, entrepreneurs, small businesses, lending
institutions, investors, business service providers and other
community partners in purposeful dialogue and interchange that will
spur business growth and economic development.

“Each year, we strive to have our annual community development summit
explore emerging issues in the economic and community development
sector and result in actionable, measurable results,” Bill Johnson,
executive director of UEDA. “This year, UEDA is cutting through the
dialogue and directly connecting event attendees with the resources
they need to further their economic development and business
initiatives.”

Registration for the event, including meals, is $35.00 for non-UEDA
members and $25.00 for current UEDA members. For more information or
