"My Sunday Mass" on TV serves Catholics unable to get o church because of illness, work schedules, or other reasons. Tune n the Sunday TV Mass on WCGV channel 24, at 9:00 a.m. (or WITI channel 6 at 5:30 a.m.). For cable and satellite listings, or to view streaming video of the Mass online, visit http://www.heartofthenation.org/. This half-hour Mass follows all Roman Catholic liturgical norms and includes prayer intentions submitted by viewers .
