Free ProHealth Care Program: The Eye-Opening Truth About Insomnia
ProHealth Care will offer a free program about the potential health consequences of insomnia and solutions for getting some sleep from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, December 5 at West Wood Health & Fitness Center, 2900 Golf Rd., Pewaukee.
Those who have difficulty falling or staying asleep, may be suffering from insomnia. During the program, Catherine C. Loomis, Ph.D., C.B.S.M., will explain how to discover what really might be causing insomnia and what to do about it.
An estimated 40 million people in the United States are affected by a sleep disorder. Those who suffer from sleep disorders or sleep deficiency may be in jeopardy for injury, health and behavior problems. The comprehensive diagnosis and treatment program at ProHealth Care’s Sleep Center can uncover the source of sleep problems, and help patients get the rest they need to wake each day feeling energized.
