It's Train Time!: The Story of the Bug Line

It’s Train Time at the Waukesha Public Library!
On Thursday, November 15, at 7:00 p.m., local author, Robert Duerwachter, will present a program on his latest book, at the Waukesha Public Library, 321 Wisconsin Avenue, Waukesha. The book, It’s Train Time!: The Story of the Bug Line,  contains more than 100 photos and illustrations about the railroad spur line that once went from Granville  to North Lake.  Established in the 1890s, it has now become a popular hiking trail. Duerwachter will discuss this historical rail line, how it got its name and how it became a walking trail. The program will be followed by a book signing.

Presented in the Library’s Community Room, the free program is open to the public. For more details, visit the Library’s website at www.waukesha.lib.wi.us or call 262-524-3682.
