Item #5  Approve amendment to Section 13.19 of the Municipal Code to change responsibility for the City Hall building use permits from the City Engineering Department to the Director of Parks and Recreation


10.            Board of Public Works Meeting held November 27, 2012  (Lubotsky)


Item #7  Approve adding additional street light on South 96th Street and South 97th Street and raise the lamp at the large cul-de-sac on South 97th Street


Approve the decision to not install a new street light at the corner or South 108th Street and West Pallottine Drive


Item #8  Approve amendment to the 7 Year Capital Improvement Program


Item #9  Approve amendment to the City of Greenfield mailbox replacement policy
