Bernie’s Tap Room and Restaurant is celebrating their One Year

Anniversary with live music and the biggest selection of craft beers

on tap in Waukesha County. All weekend long Bernie’s will be

tapping unique and special beers. The most anticipated beer will be

tapped on Saturday. A ¼ barrel of Lakefront’s Anniversary Stout

will be tapped at 7 O’clock that evening. This beer has been aging

in our cellar almost since we opened. This beer is a 10% ABV monster

will be sold in 12 ounce glasses (or 3 flight glasses) for only seven

bucks.  The taste is full of dark chocolate roasted malts,

caramel malts, hints of dark cherries, vanilla and other dark fruits.

We were wowed when we tried this beer at a Lakefront Brewery Beer

Dinner at Bernie’s last winter. We can’t wait to see how it aged

in our cellar since then. Four other beers from Lakefront will also

be on tap including a “Pin” Barrel of Oktoberfest.

Other Kegs that will be tapped this weekend include O’so Brewery

Dank and Esser’s Cross Plains Brewery Red Ale. Esser’s

Cross Plains Brewery took first place awards at the 9th Annual

Minocqua Brewfest this past July for their red ale. The Brewery will

be at Bernie’s early in the evening for a tasting of their red ale

and there other two beers.

On Friday October 4th, Bernie’s is continuing Historic Downtown’s

Waukesha tradition of Friday Night Live Music with Musician Tom

Ballini, a favorite at Bernie's. He will be playing some of your

favorite songs from his catalog of songs from 3 decades of live

music. Come in to Bernie’s for a nice cold craft beer and a

little something to eat. Tom will be starting at 8:30.

On Saturday, October 5th, Bernie’s puts their Anniversary

Celebration in high gear with Live Music “Untapped”. Starting

at 8:00 P.M. Kevin Patrick and Greg Gerard of the Orphans will be

playing songs that you know and love that are rarely played by other

acts. Since 1991 Kevin Patrick and The Orphans have opened for many

bands including The Nitty Gritty Dirt Band, America, ELO, Three Dog

Night, the Beach Boys and many others. Join us for a great night

of music, craft beers and specials at Bernie’s in Waukesha.
