We lost power near East and Broadway last week for around an hour and a half on Thursday, and power flickered for us last night for only a few minutes during the Oscars. I noticed some of the trees on the side streets have started to grow pretty close to the power lines, wonder if any of them are putting pressure on the lines.

Our power was out for only less than a minute. I heard that it could be Angie Van Psyco from the Town sticking it to us. Just saying.

My power (near Carroll College) was out for about 1/2 hour during the day on Friday and then for a second when that power surge occurred Sunday night during the Oscars - it was long enough where I had to reset all of the digital equipment in the house though....
