Simple Irresistible Catering has been open for about three months in downtown Waukesha, featuring take-and-bake homemade dinners.
So far, the top selling take-and-bake dinners are the Italian sausage lasagna and the chicken enchiladas, according to owner and chef Megan Day.
"I can't keep it stocked," Day said. "It is awesome."
Day is also selling food on the street during Freeman Friday Night Live. The food sales have been immensely popular and the business is bringing something new each week, Day said.
"We are trying to switch it up," Day said.
