Tim O’Brien Homes recently celebrated a grand opening at their Cypress Model in Waukesha at Rolling Ridge South. The two-story home design showcases a double staircase, formal dining room, study, added sunroom and rich with luxury details.

All Tim O’Brien Homes designs have a focus on entertaining and gathering. The gourmet kitchen is open to the sunroom and Great Room so the chef can entertain and still visit with guests. Additionally, The Cypress is home to the Tim O’Brien Homes Design Studio where homebuyers are guided by an Interior Design Specialist to select interior and exterior details and colors for their new home.
