Jersey Mike's Subs Opening Wednesday in Waukesha

Jersey Mike’s Subs, 1190 W. Sunset Drive, is opening Wednesday in The Shoppes at Fox River.

The new restaurant is holding a five-day fundraiser to benefit Waukesha South and Waukesha West high schools and Rose Glen Elementary School.

Those with a fundraising coupon can receive a free, regular sub with a minimum $1 contribution. Coupons are being distributed throughout the community, according to a news release.

"Education is extremely important as it sets a foundation to achieve our future dreams," said Tim Murphy, the owner of the new restaurant. "At Jersey Mike's we share that commitment and encourage our neighbors to help us support the good work of all three schools."

Jersey Mike’s will be open from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily and its phone number is 262-278-4070. The sandwich shop in Waukesha will be the second to open in Wisconsin, according to a news release.
