Culver’s Plans Move to Woodman’s Development

Construction plans going before Waukesha Plan Commission on Wednesday.

Culver’s is looking to build a 4,035-square-foot restaurant at the new Woodman’s Food Market development, becoming the first business to announce intentions to build on the area outlots.

The construction request is going before the Waukesha Plan Commission at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday at City Hall, 201 Delafield St.

Mayor Jeff Scrima told Patch last month that Culver’s was considering a move to the property, creating an opportunity to sell the property at Highway 164 and East Moreland Boulevard to a nearby car dealership.
