Waukesha-Area Bands Playing Summerfest 2013
The Big Gig 2013 is less than two weeks away, and in addition to Pit Bull and John Mayer, plenty of local bands are taking part.
Summerfest is one of the country’s largest music festivals and draws international superstars, yet bookers don’t forget bands under their noses.
We asked on Facebook for local bands playing the Big Gig in 2013, and you responded with a significant list. Patch can’t vouch for the Waukesha connections in each of these bands, but use the links to find out more about the bands to see if you’d enjoy checking them out.
Summerfest is June 26-30 and July 2-7 at Maier Festival Grounds on the Milwaukee Lakefront.
