Waukesha County Man Receives Country Music Award

Nashville country music recording artists, The Kate Hasting Band has been named the SESAC Artist of the Month for September.
SESAC is a Performing Rights Corporation based in Nashville, TN, representing songwriters and publishers of every musical genre. Band mates, Kate Hasting, Josh Beale, and Jonathan Womacks, along with musicians Justin Ferwerda and Cam Smith, will perform September 10 for the Billy Block Radio Show on the Historic Mercy Lounge’s High Watt Stage in Nashville, TN.
Now based in Nashville, Josh Beale is originally from Delafield.
The Kate Hasting Band has toured the Midwest, performing at The Ohio State Fair, Columbus Commons Downtown Live, Michigan’s Mayfly Music Fest, Yeugling Brews & Bands Fest, Waukesha County Fair, many other county fairs and music festivals, as well as performed the National Anthem for Vanderbilt University.
The band has opened for Kellie Pickler, Sunny Ledfurd, Parmalee, Love & Theft, Randy Houser, and in October will open for Craig Morgan in Dayton, OH. For more information, visit www.katehasting.com
