WAUKESHA COUNTY, WI July 9, 2012 – The Waukesha County Museum is holding cast auditions to fill several roles for its annual Night at the Museum show tours held in October. Auditions will be held at the museum on Wednesday, July 11 and Thursday, July 12 from 6-8pm and are open to anyone over the age of 16. No preparation is necessary as the original script will be provided at the auditions. A professional head shot is not required but please bring a self photo to help identify you. This is a volunteer opportunity.

Now in its fourth year, the museum hosts Night at the Museum, in which families are taken on a 30 minute fun-filled adventure as the exhibits come to life.  Patterned after the famous movie, this after-hours guided tour through the museum is fun for children and adults alike. This year’s theme “The Great Movie Heist” will include appearances by famous people from Waukesha County history including Alfred Lunt & Lynn Fontanne from Ten Chimneys.

The museum attracted over 1,000 people last year for the event. Tours cost only $5 per person.
