Waukesha Public Library presents a free Civil War program on Wednesday, September 7 at 7:00 p.m. Hear Civil War history come to life in the words of Cordelia Harvey, widow of Wisconsin governor Louis Harvey, as she tells of her travels up and down the Mississippi River visiting Union hospitals and helping to care for the wounded soldiers.
