RiverWalk for Breast Cancer Is This Saturday

Walk is being held in Frame Park this weekend.

The RiverWalk for Breast Cancer will begin at 10 a.m. Saturday. While online registration has closed, participants can register on the day of the walk from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m.

“The RiverWalk funds local cancer research - available at the Regional Cancer Center's Center for Breast Care at Waukesha Memorial Hospital,” states the event’s website. “Cancer clinical research focuses on finding better ways of treating, detecting and even preventing breast cancer. You can make a difference in the lives of your neighbors, family and friends by participating in the RiverWalk.”

The walk will be held in Frame Park along the Fox River. The long-sleeved T-shirts and sweatshirts for this year’s RiverWalk are blue.
