Furry Friends: Meet Bunnies Pearl and Buddy
Waukesha Patch highlights a few pets each each week. Given that it is Easter weekend, we take a look at two rabbits that are available for adoption.
Itβs Easter weekend and the Humane Animal Welfare Society has pet bunnies available for adoption. Rabbits are generally at HAWS longer than dogs and cats because they donβt attract as much attention.
Pearl, who is about a year old, was a one-time Boston Store model. The New Zealand mix finds herself at the Waukesha shelter after being transferred from another shelter last September. Pearl is a friendly little girl with lots of energy.
Buddy is a 2-year-old Dutch rabbit. He came to HAWS in February because his owner could no longer care for him. Buddy has lots of energy and needs space to play.
